Dr. Rajasekar Shankar, a first generation business man, has the quality of courage as his middle name. His Life’s journey starting from, doing the son of a ordinary tea estate employee, to this day being our founder has been a long and arduous one. but nevertheless adventurous too.

The strong urge within him to succeed in life in a very big way did not allow him to stay quiet in the sleepy town Kothagiri, near uthagamandalam. He migrated to Trichy in search of greener pastures. And here he began his life at sales and Marketing. Shifting from one job to another and taking up small business offers could not satiate his hunger to suceed in life. After getting an immense experience, Finally on 22nd January, 2007, Dr. S. Rajasekar Started the first office of Kingmakers Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai. Remembering Mahakavi Subramanya Bharathi’s words, “Kaani Nilam Vaendum...” His first few projects were particularily sum of Rs.15000 and Rs.30000.

From there, Kingmakers Foundation has grown from Strength to Strength. As it could easily be analysed, 2014. kingmaker Properties Pvt. Ltd. has gained a strong experience of selling almost Fifteen crore square feet of approved plots until 2018, thus giving hopes to the landless of the society of owning small property in their own name. All this has been possible due to the able guidance of our founder Dr. S. Rajasekar. In 2013, he has also received “Outstanding Achiever” award (Sathanai Semmal Viruthu) from his Excellency Tamilnadu Governor Shri.K.Rosaiah .
